It seemed inevitable but the news is nonetheless shocking: NBC’s drama Heroes won’t be back for a fifth season. The beleaguered drama only averaged 6.5 million viewers this year. It last aired on Feb. 8, when it only brought in a mere 4.4 million.
Some kind of light at the end When touching the edge of her skin
Once so hard to speak Now so easy to play around Catching your eye you know That eye that slapped you in your face calls you a puppy Well how do you say I was hypnotized Hypnotized
My words, they pour Like children to the playground Children to the playground You make me smile
There's some kind of light at the end Stoned, forgetful, and then I'm drinking what used to be sin And touching the edge of her skin
And could you be the one that's not afraid To look me in the eye I swear I would collapse If I would tell how I think you fell From the sky
My words, they pour Like children to the playground Children to the playground You make me smile
There's some kind of light at the end Stoned, forgetful, and then I'm drinking what used to be sin And touching the edge of her skin
There's some kind of light at the end Stoned, forgetful, and then I'm drinking what used to be sin And touching the edge of her skin
It's the feeling I get My palms with sweat Like some kind of daydream I'll never forget I'm stuck in this spin Why does it begin By touching the edge of her skin
There's some kind of light at the end Stoned, forgetful, and then I'm drinking what used to be sin And touching the edge of her skin
There's some kind of light at the end Stoned, forgetful, and then I'm drinking what used to be sin And touching the edge of her skin
Blue October - You Make Me Smile, from the Foiled CD
Yoda did not want to come back to the car in the garage, he was totally pulling away from me. Just prior to this, I was about to take him with me to run errands but the battery in my car had run down and wouldn't start (since I haven't driven it in roughly three weeks. I drove Janet's car to SC because it gets better gas mileage). Fortunately our neighbor charged my battery up for me!
He looks like Piglet to me here, from Winnie the Pooh! ;)
Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry fields Nothing is real And nothing to get hung about Strawberry fields forever
Living is easy with eyes closed Misunderstanding all you see It's getting hard to be someone, but it all works out It doesn't matter much to me
Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry fields Nothing is real And nothing to get hung about Strawberry fields forever
No one, I think, is in my tree I mean, it must be high or low That is, you can't, you know, tune in, but it's alright That is, I think it's not too bad
Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry fields Nothing is real And nothing to get hung about Strawberry fields forever
Always, no, sometimes, think it's me But, you know, I know when it's a dream I think, er, no, I mean, er, yes, but it's all wrong That is, I think I disagree
Let me take you down, 'cause I'm going to Strawberry fields Nothing is real And nothing to get hung about Strawberry fields forever Strawberry fields forever Strawberry fields forever

All I can say is that my life is pretty plain I like watching the puddles gather rain
And all I can do is just pour some tea for two And speak my point of view But it's not sane, it's not sane
I just want someone to say to me no, oh, oh, oh I'll always be there when you wake, yea-ah You know I'd like to keep my cheeks dry today So stay with me and I'll have it made
And I don't understand why I sleep all day And I start to complain that there's no rain And all I can do is read a book to stay awake And it rips my life away, but it's a great escape Escape......escape......escape......
All I can say is that my life is pretty plain You don't like my point of view You think that I'm insane It's not sane, It's not sane
I just want someone to say to me no, oh, oh, oh I'll always be there when you wake, yea-ah You know I'd like to keep my cheeks dry today So stay with me and I'll have it made
And I'll have it made And I'll have it made, oh Lord no no You know I'm really gonna, really gonna have it made You know I'll have it made Ahhh, ahhh, ahhh, ahhh
I just got off the phone with Dr. Hanna regarding the fluid above my knee caps. He believes it to be from being in the car for so many hours during the past week and said that it "should" go away on it's own, he wants me to go and have it checked if the fluid is still there a week or so from now... the fluid may need to be drained, ICK!!
I've been having issues with water retention lately too, so hopefully the meds he gave me the other day for that will help.
